Returns whether the given string ends with any of the suffixes, case-insensitive
Parameters
- Optionaltext: null | string
  the source string to check
- Optionalsuffixes: (undefined | null | string)[]
  the target strings to compare
Returns boolean
whether the given string ends with any of the suffixes, case-insensitive
